Been doing the course for over 3 years due to being on mat leave and then having to go back to work and learn direct have been so patient, helpful and very informative. I've really enjoyed partaking in the course to then up my experience for wanting to be a midwife!

Contacted myself yesterday in regards to my application, I expressed i were unable to speak at the time of call and had asked for a call back at a specific time the following day. Prompt call back today, given correct important information regarding the course I selected and made to feel comfortable throughout the call. Very polite, great telephone manner. I honestly can’t recommend LearnDirect enough. The staff have been so understanding and supportive throughout my course. I was diagnosed with cancer nearly two years ago, and understandably, I struggled to keep up with my work and complete my course while dealing with everything that came with it. Now that I’m cancer free and feeling ready to get back on track with my studies and prepare for university, LearnDirect have been incredibly understanding. They have given me a one-year extension to complete my course, which has taken so much pressure off me and given me the time I need to focus on getting myself back to where I want to be. I’m genuinely so grateful for how understanding the staff have been.
