He also informed me about the offers which were going on if I enrolled on the course which helped me to save about £800. I am very happy. After enrolling he called me to check whether I could login on to the course. Wonderful customer care (student care).

He was more than happy to answer any questions I had and did so in depth, he laid out all the payment options clearly for me and helped me take these next steps and for that I’m very thankful. Liv from the Customer Service team was amazing

Liv from the Customer Service team was absolutely amazing. After sending 3 to 4 emails over the course of a month without receiving a response, I followed up with several phone calls and unfortunately found myself being passed around in circles. One particular interaction was also quite disappointing due to the lack of professionalism shown from (him) I then reached out via the AI support channel, which connected me with Liv. From the very beginning, Liv was kind, professional, patient and proactive. She took ownership of the situation, kept me informed throughout and successfully resolved all of my outstanding queries. After a frustrating experience, Liv completely turned things around. She is a real credit to the Customer Service team, and I wanted to recognise the excellent support she provided.
