Every UK food business must ensure that food handlers are supervised, instructed and trained in food hygiene commensurate with their work. Our food safety library covers level 1 induction training, level 2 for handlers, level 3 for supervisors and managers, HACCP principles for building a food safety management system, and Natasha's Law allergen awareness. Each course is CPD certified and issued with a downloadable certificate accepted by environmental health officers.
