What this course covers

Poor workstation setup is one of the leading causes of musculoskeletal discomfort and fatigue among office-based staff. This programme teaches employees how to organise and adjust their workspace, with practical guidance for laptop users, home workers and call centre staff.

Learners also complete an online risk assessment as part of the course, giving both individuals and employers a complete way to meet DSE requirements. The training explains the health risks of poor posture and how to report issues to an employer.
