Fantastic customer service
After searching about different courses, I decided to go with one from Learning Direct. I recieved excellent customer service from Harley Rowe, who went above and beyond. Not only did he explain everything in detail and answer all of my questions in depth, he even arranged for a follow up phone call after I stated I needed a few days to make sure the coourse was for me. The level of professionalism was maintained at the highest standard, and a very warm welcoming from the team there. I couldn't recommend this company enough, as they really do everything possible to make enrollment and starting manageable and straight-forward. No hidden fees either, as everything is honestly written out as well as explained further when requested. Their call-back feature impressed me as well, as only a short time after I requested a call to discuss the course, my phone was already ringing - even on a weekend. Highly impressed, these are just a few positive attributes I'd like to express in a review.
