Two days in and I have found Learndirect to be really easy to follow. How to complete the courses is well explained in the videos. A little more explanation on the level checkers; how to complete them and how many questions there are, would have been helpful but not essential. Would definitely recommend learndirect thus far.

Excellent Tutor Support, but Certification Process Needs Improvement.

One of the aspects I particularly appreciated about Learndirect was the support and guidance provided by my tutors. They were clear and specific when explaining how tasks should be completed and provided detailed breakdowns and constructive feedback when work needed to be redone or improved to meet the required standards. This made the learning process much easier and helped me understand exactly what was expected. The main area I feel Learndirect could improve on is the turnaround time for marking assessments and the approval and issuance of certificates. The delays in these processes were frustrating, particularly towards the completion of my course. I believe improving the efficiency of the marking and certification processes would significantly enhance the overall learner experience.
