What this course covers
Workplace harassment, including unwelcome words or repeated actions that embarrass or humiliate an individual or group, causes real harm to people and organisations. This course gives employees the knowledge to recognise when bullying or harassment is taking place, understand the forms it can take and see the impact it has on those involved.
It also sets out the correct procedures for reporting concerns with confidence, along with the policies organisations use to prevent and address this behaviour. The course applies equally to those affected directly and to colleagues who want to support them.
