Disability Awareness Training
Refresh legal duties around disability and give staff the confidence to remove barriers and support colleagues, clients and customers.
- CPD Accredited
What this course covers
Disability awareness goes beyond ticking a compliance box; it is about building workplaces where disabled people can take part fully and equally. Employers and service providers carry legal duties to prevent discrimination and make reasonable adjustments, and failing to meet them can lead to legal claims, financial penalties and reputational harm.
This course equips all staff to recognise disability-related issues, challenge assumptions and contribute to a genuinely inclusive culture. It draws on the protections set out in the Equality Act 2010 and translates them into everyday workplace behaviour.
