Fantastic customer service - Hayden Kirby, Learn Direct

I spoke to a lovely lad, called Hayden Kirby from Learn Direct. Hayden was really helpful with my questions regarding booking my course, as well as being a really upbeat and chatty, putting me at ease. It is not often you get such good customer service over the phone, so I wanted to say thanks very much and well done :)
