We recently held engagement sessions across our partnership supply chains to get feedback on our support and working together. The key message of these events were to share the learndirect strategy and to encourage working together and support.
Our strategy is to engage and work with Supply Chain Partners in locations where we do not have an established footprint and where suppliers have established links in their localities and/or specialisms in supporting certain client groups and communities. learndirect is all about helping people to reach their goals. As such, our vision is a simple one; inspiring people to realise their potential. We are an Investors in People Gold organisation, hold Matrix Standard and have previously achieved Ofsted Grade 2.
Being a part of learndirect Supply Chain, we want our Supply Chain to be the “Supply Chain of Choice”.
We have used these sessions to support our upcoming Merlin re-accreditation and to provide guidance as well as gain feedback in advance.
- Merlin re-accreditation will take place w/c 20 June
- Supply Chain Partners have been invited by Merlin to complete an on-line survey
- The Merlin assessors will interview a greater number of supply chain partners as part of this re-accreditation
- The re-accreditation is across all the business
If you were unable to take part in any of these sessions a recording of the webinar is available.
