I had a really good experience with learndirect while completing my Access to HE Engineering course. Wendy was really helpful with keeping me updated about my results and the ratification process, and Andrew helped me when I couldn’t access my certificate online by downloading everything and sending it to me directly. Really appreciated how quickly they helped me sort everything out.
