Easy to navigate website and helpful person on the phone. Answered all my questions and phoned back when he said he would. So far so good. Haven’t actually started the studying yet so can’t comment on, content or tutors feedback etc.

Easier than I thought - ask for Laura!

It was easier than I thought it would be - this makes me very happy! Laura was super helpful and easy to talk to about concerns and fee's. Her knowledge of the course content was impressive, there was no "hold the line caller whilst I check". She also listened and gave me great advice before sourcing solutions to help me progress. There was no messing around, within 1.5 hours I had enquired, received two phone calls and signed up. Laura has assured me she'll check in and see how I'm getting on and I believe her. It feels good to have a dedicated course manager that I can contact at any point. Thanks Laura for bringing humour, empathy and encouragement on our call.
