Callum was excellent on call

Callum was excellent on call. I do struggle as autistic and not being able to see faces Callum was friendly provided all the information I needed answered all my questions. Checked my younger daughter would be able to complete despite her age and went through the support she would have. He went through all payment options and made sure I received email to login. He was very patient while I completed payments online and advised any issues to call back. It was perfect for myself and everything was done in 25 minutes and my daughter started her course the same day. Thankyou
