What this course covers
Food safety supervisors and managers carry a legal duty to implement and monitor the systems that protect customers and the wider business. This Level 3 programme moves beyond day-to-day hygiene, covering how to design a HACCP-based food safety management system and control the full range of hazards.
Learners also cover allergen management, staff training and how to evidence due diligence to inspectors. It suits anyone progressing from Level 2 or stepping into a supervisory role across restaurants, catering and food production.
