I highly recommend Learn Direct, to anyone looking to complete Functional Skills courses! I spoke with Callum, and he was absolutely amazing. He is incredibly knowledgeable and provided fantastic, practical advice. As a parent looking for a course for my neurodiverse daughter, finding a company that is patient and understanding is so important. The customer service has been outstanding from the very beginning. I first called yesterday, and since then, the communication has been seamless with very quick replies to all my emails. If you are considering a course, definitely contact them!
