Liv's help

I don't have experience with other TEFL courses except this one and the Simple TEFL course my husband did. It was way cheaper, and he got his certificate immediately after completion. It is widely accepted. Your company makes me wait perhaps 30 days for my certificate. The amount of time it takes between submission and the assessment result is ridiculously long, and so is the time between sending a query and receiving a response. I have had to extend for a month and then had to pay for my final assignment to be marked. As for Liv, she gave me the information I needed, whereas your customer service did not respond to two emails I sent. The stars are for Liv, definitely not for i-to-i.

Feedback to Freddie

I like the way Freddie took his time to explain the process to me, the courses ,the flexibility method of payment and making a joke about his club. Although I am a Manchester United fan which makes me rival to Freddie’s Club . He supported Liverpool. That’s on a lighter note. Freddie is really good at his job and I feel I will have a good understanding throughout my course.
