Functional Skills English Writing Resit One
**This course is strictly for existing learners who have already taken a writing exam only**
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements.
Assessment requirements
The assessment consists of an online exam. For you to sit a remotely invigilated assessment, you’ll need the following equipment/environment: • Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone (Chromebooks cannot be used) • Wi-Fi connection (Min 1Mbit/s upload | Min 10Mbit/s download) • Smartphone or tablet (Apple iOS 8.0 / Android 4.1 or higher)* • Suitable test environment (quiet room with no distractions, no other people present)
Exams required
Exams are included in this course, they are taken at home.
Is Membership Required?
No membership is required to enrol on this course.
Additional requirements
This is strictly for learners who have already taken the Functional Skills Writing exam with us. This applies only for the first resit.
Certification Timeframe
You can expect to receive your certification 6 weeks after completing your last exam.
Extension Rules
You may extend this course once for a maximum of six months.
Course Fees
All course fees, inclusive of all payment plans including our Premium Credit Limited option, must be settled before exams can be booked.
*You will have access to the course for 24 months.
On successful completion of your course you will receive the learndirect Certificate of Completion of Training in Functional Skills English Writing Resit One.
Your course certificate will also state the number of CPD points/hours the course is eligible for.
