About the Level 3 Chi-Kung Certificate

Chi-Kung, otherwise known as Qigong, is a form of gentle exercise focused around breathing. Originally practiced in China, Chi-Kung is now celebrated worldwide thanks to the abundance of emotional, spiritual and medical benefits it offers. It is said that Chi-Kung can help with a range of ailments, ranging from pain and hypertension, to stress and anxiety.

This fascinating distance learning course, breaks the main elements of Chi-Kung down into eight manageable units. There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this course. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.

Assessment

Assessment Method

After each lesson there will be a question paper, which needs to be completed and submitted to your personal tutor for marking. This method of continual assessment ensures that your personal tutor can consistently monitor your progress and provide you with assistance throughout the duration of the course.
