Fantastic Help from Chris

Chris was incredibly helpful in getting me fully set up with my course. He stayed in contact with me throughout the process, even continuing to message me right up until he was about to leave the office, just to make sure everything was sorted. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I had all the information I needed. I really appreciated how supportive and patient he was.

The team guided me patiently and respectfully. I received the email I needed immediately after I ended the call. However, I was on hold for about 20 minutes. I hope this waiting time can be reduced in the future, and that responses can be provided more quickly so that we do not have to wait on the phone for so long.
