Samuel was very patient and gave me plenty of time to think about whether the course was right for me or not. He also helped me with doing some research too. He also gave me flexibility in terms of the pricing options that I wanted, as well as a clear overview of the terms and conditions for the course.

Callum was professional explained all areas of course ss well as finsnces in detail plus he was talking about areas wasnt course related. He also talked me through every part enrolrment process which was grest seeing as i have learning disabilities

Excellent customer service

As I will soon be finishing college, I decided to go abroad, and I contacted the team from Learning Direct. Harley has been my customer service representative, and he has been incredible throughout all the questions and doubts I had. He is very kind, funny, and knowledgeable at his job. Now, I feel more comfortable and ready for the new chapter in my life after I finish college.
