Once i was speaking to Yulia on Chat it was very good. She was very helpful and then with her email follow-ups Before that, i had 4 days of unanswered emails which was was very poor. I kept writing each day politely asking for a reply but got nothing. So you are best to ask on chat and get a direct contact, as they dont reply to emails to customer services

I was feeling extremely anxious when I logged on to my course and was unable to press the "submit" button for my assignment. I thought that because i have not been very active in my studies recently, that i had lost my course. My tutor advised me to contact customer services, to which i did. Literally minutes later, I had an email saying that the problem had been solved and i could now carry on where i left off. this instantly gave me such a massive relief! it really did lift a lot of weight off! Maddie is amazing! she has no idea how much she has helped me! I am forever grateful! Thank you Maddie!!
