Excellent customer service

Liv explained the cancellation process simply and offered options for me to continue with the course which unfortunately due to personal circumstances wouldn’t work. She was very prompt with her responses which meant it was easy to get this resolved. Excellent and I will possibly return to enrol at a later date

Two days in; excellent!

Two days in and I have found Learndirect to be really easy to follow. How to complete the courses is well explained in the videos. A little more explanation on the level checkers; how to complete them and how many questions there are, would have been helpful but not essential. Would definitely recommend learndirect thus far.
