Studying your A Level

Accounting is the practice of measurement, processing, and communication of financial and non-financial information about economic entities such as businesses.

Embarking on an A Level Accounting course allows you to learn and understand accounting, record keeping, decision making and planning. And – more significantly – how these areas are all connected, especially in relation to running a business.

Through your studies you well develop an understanding of the principles of ethical behaviour, accounting principles and financial accounting techniques.

You will learn formulae used for computations and use the results to inform judgements, solve problems and make decisions.

Upon completion of your A Level Accounting you will be able to write effectively in order to report to stakeholders. You will be able to make logical arguments and provide sound judgements based on analysis of available evidence.

This  A Level course was designed so that anyone can access it, regardless of their prior qualifications or professional background.
