I applied for the dog grooming…

I applied for the dog grooming certificate over the phone with Holly, she was amazing. Very supportive and helpful. Stayed on the phone to me whilst I was all set up and even an hour after I emailed with a few more questions and she got straight back to me. Brilliant customer service
