Excellent customer service

We spoke to Adam today to arrange Functional Skills Level 2 Maths online tuition and the exam for my daughter, Paige, and I was so impressed with the service we received. Adam made the whole process feel incredibly straightforward and put us completely at ease. He clearly explained how the course works, the success rate, the exam process and the fact that there are up to three attempts if needed. He also took the time to go through the payment instalment options and explained exactly how the interest and repayments would work, so we knew what we were signing up for. Every question we had was answered clearly and patiently. Adam was friendly, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with, and by the end of the call we both felt genuinely excited and positive about getting started. This feels like an ideal solution for Paige and exactly what she needs to achieve her Level 2 Maths qualification. Thank you, Adam, for making what could have felt quite daunting into such an easy and positive experience. Excellent customer service.
