  • As part of this course you’ll build on the TEFL skills you gained in your 120 Hour TEFL Course and learn how to effectively teach English to Thai students, what to expect from your teaching role, information on Thailand's education system, and what life as a TEFL teacher in Thailand will be like.

Internship Preparation Course

  • Classroom Behaviour Course - learn how to effectively manage pupil behaviour in your TEFL classroom with our Classroom Behaviour Course. From making a strong first impression, and creating a positive learning environment to working with children with Special Education Needs and managing conflict - you'll be a behaviour expert by the end of this course.
  • Confidence Building Course - we know how daunting it can be taking your first steps into the TEFL classroom as a newly qualified teacher, that's why we've included this specialist course to give your confidence the boost it needs.

Yes! The great thing about this program is that we can place you and your friend/partner in schools close to each other so you can live, travel, and explore together!

No! It’s not necessary to speak Thai to teach English in Thailand on our Internship. In fact, the schools prefer that you only use English in the classroom to create a complete immersion experience. However, knowing some sayings and phrases will benefit your day-to-day life.
Typical school hours are 7:30am-4pm Mon-Fri with a one-hour lunch break. Your average day would look like: 7:30am Arrive at school for gate duty to welcome students to school, 8am Start school (2.5 hours teaching in the morning), 12pm Lunch, 1pm Afternoon session (2.5 hours teaching in the afternoon), and 4pm finish school.
Yes! Wherever you’re from, you will need to book travel insurance and make sure it covers you for the full duration of the role.
