On average learners will take between 2 - 3 months to complete this course.

Unit One: Explore principles of healthy eating (R/505/2204)
Unit Two: Consider nutritional needs of a variety of individuals (J/601/2535)
Unit Three: Use food and nutrition information to plan a healthy diet (M/601/2545)
Unit Four: The principles of management (L/505/2203)
Unit Five: Understanding eating disorders (M/503/0999)
Entry Requirements
To enrol on this course, you do not need any prior learning knowledge or experience, it is openly available to anyone who wants to learn more about nutrition and health whilst studying at home, with no time pressures.
Please note you must be at least 16 years of age to join this course.
The approximate amount of time required to complete the course is 98 hours.
*You will have access to the course for 12 months only. You can purchase course extensions here.

There will also be question papers at the end of every lesson which you will have to complete and then send back to your tutor. It is recommended that you allow at least 1-2 hours of study to complete each question paper.

On successful completion of our NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Nutrition & Health (RQF) course you will receive a qualification listed on the RQF at level 2 (Qualification Reference Number: (601/3389/2). This course has also been assigned 12 credits.
