Evaluative research is a particularly useful approach to research in health and social care because it enables us to determine the value of the services we provide. This course will define evaluative research and discuss its purpose in relation to health and social care.
You will distinguish between evaluative research and exploratory research and go on to explore how some types of evaluative research could be described as critical research. You will also examine the use of evaluative research in influencing policy formulation and decision-making.

Entry Requirements
There is no experience or previous qualifications required for enrolment on this course. It is available to all students, of all academic backgrounds.
All course fees, inclusive of all payment plans including our Premium Credit Limited option, must be settled before certification can be ordered.

Assessment Method
After each lesson there will be a question paper, which needs to be completed and submitted to your personal tutor for marking. This method of continual assessment ensures that your personal tutor can consistently monitor your progress and provide you with assistance throughout the duration of the course.
