Upon completion of this unit, you will:

• Be able to construct organisational coaching and mentoring policies
• Be able to demonstrate how impact, support and recognition of coaching and mentoring is accepted in the organisation

Entry Requirements

This qualification is designed for experienced professionals who have an excellent command of written English, including knowledge, understanding and application of referencing. Learners will need to demonstrate that they have completed their own research into the subjects being studied.

Minimum Age Restriction

You must be aged 19 or older to enrol on this course.

Average Completion Timeframe

The average time it takes to complete this course is around 12 months. You have 24 months to complete it.

Assessment Requirements

Assessment is completed through written assignments. Learners are expected to demonstrate critical thinking, strategic insight and the ability to link theory to real organisational context.

Placement or Practical Required

No placement required but learners do need to be in an appropriate work setting to allow them to satisfy the criteria of the qualification.

Certification Timeframe

You should receive your certificate in 12 weeks, but that can be extended if an EQA sample is required.

This qualification is assessed through in-depth written assignments. You’ll critically evaluate leadership coaching and mentoring practices, apply theory to organisational scenarios, and demonstrate how leadership mentoring and coaching can be embedded and measured at a strategic level.

Upon completion, you will be awarded the CMI Level 7 Certificate in Leadership Coaching and Mentoring (600/9462/X).
