The Role: Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive, you’ll be the voice of learndirect — guiding motivated learners who are ready to invest in themselves. These are warm leads only (no cold calling), so your focus is on understanding, advising, and converting.

You’ll:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with learners who’ve already shown interest

• Understand each learner’s goals and recommend the right course for them

• Use a consultative, FCA-compliant sales approach

• Enrol learners and guide them through the full learning package

• Work towards daily KPIs within a high-performing sales team

• Deliver a world-class customer experience

Working Hours

You’ll work full-time on a flexible rota, which includes some evenings and weekends.
