The Sales Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the B2B Sales function by ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of sales documentation, financial processing, reporting, and administrative tasks.

This position is responsible for preparing contracts, managing invoicing, chasing outstanding payments, updating internal reports, and providing general operational support to the B2B sales team. You will work closely with the BDMs and senior leaders to ensure all data, sales records, and financials are maintained to a high standard.

This role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Prepare and process sales contracts with accuracy and consistency.
  • Issue invoices to clients and follow up on unpaid and overdue invoices.
  • Maintain clear records of payments, outstanding balances, and financial reconciliations.
  • Keep the CRM system updated with accurate sales data, contract information, and client details.
  • Support the B2B sales team with administrative tasks to enable efficient workflow.
  • Assist with the creation of client proposals and supporting documentation where required.
  • Ensure all internal sales processes and compliance steps are followed.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable with spreadsheets.
  • Experience handling invoices, contracts, or financial documents.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Reliable, methodical, and process-driven.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive with a “get things done” attitude.
  • Confident working with numbers and data.

Base salary: £25,000 per annum.

This position will be based on-site in Bournemouth, Dorset.
