Learn Direct are very supportive.

I got in touch with Learn Direct because I have decided to change my career. Having spent 43 years in the care industry working with babies right through to palliative care for the elderly in various settings. I spoke to a lovely lady called Yulia who answered my many questions and made me feel at ease. She was not pushy to get me signed up (unlike some others). Yulia also listened to what I had to say regarding my reasoning behind a career change. Not judgemental at all. I was in control of my decisions.
