Overview

In order to deliver good customer service you must be able to effectively communicate with your customer using the telephone. This course will help you prepare to take phone calls, how to deal and control incoming calls, select the relevant information to provide to your customer and how to record it. Finally you will learn how to transfer a call, take a message and end calls.
