Communications 2: Communicating With Your Patients

This module aims to develop the concepts and principles introduced in module one and to illustrate how they can be used to improve communication and relationships between practice staff and patients. In this module, we look at communication with patients and how skilful, and flexible, communication in the workplace can improve the patient’s experience. We will also see how effective, and honest, communication can reduce and prevent complaints, legal claims and loss of income. Better communication will lead to happier patients and a better brand identity for the business.
