  • Understand the requirements of employment law

Requirements

You should be 16 or over to undertake the qualification. You will need to be working in an administrative role in order to begin this course.

The approximate amount of time required to complete the course is 286 hrs.

Assessment

This is a knowledge based course with practical aspects that will need to be demonstrated. 

You'll be assessed on the tasks you do at work and you will have to create a portfolio of evidence to show what you've achieved. Your qualification will be awarded once that portfolio has been signed off by your tutor.
