Compliance Reporting

As you will be aware, at the end of each monthly performance meeting your Supply Chain Manager covers a number of compliance areas. We have been reviewing the process for gathering this compliance data, and have been provided with feedback from suppliers across the business. We have listened to what you’ve had to say and have incorporated this feedback into a new process for monthly Compliance Reporting.

We will provide each supplier with a template to complete each month and return to the Contracts Team, who will then flag any areas where the supplier may need more support to their Supply Chain Manager. It is hoped that in by gathering data in this way we can:

  • Ensure contract reviews are more targeted;
  • Have more rounded conversations with our suppliers;
  • Ensure supplier representatives have more time to liaise with internal subject matter experts on areas of compliance; and
  • Use this report as a one-stop shop for learndirect departments, to reduce the number of ad-hoc requests for information.

The template will be provided with a tab for each month remaining in the contract year and a summary page for your own monitoring. We will also provide a ‘how to guide’ with the template, to ensure clarity on the learndirect processes associated with the compliance areas.

There will be a set date for you to return your Compliance Reporting Template. We will issue monthly reminders, which will include a monthly feedback topic for you to comment on. We will have quarterly Feedback Forums with key representatives from across learndirect to ensure that feedback is acted upon.
