A combined programme review event was recently hosted for Direct Delivery and Supply Chain staff in Scotland to review the contract performance and quality over the last 18 months.
Sessions included facilitated workshops to explore ways to collaboratively improve support and quality standards and to round off the event, awards were given out to recognise areas of particular contribution.

Argyll Training won the Star Quality Provider Award for their commitment to improving quality to a Grade 1 and the standard of Claimant Files. Staff dedication was highlighted, as they have proactively worked to increase their knowledge and understanding of our programmes through training.
Aberdeen Foyer, a relatively new supplier won the Supply Chain Performance award for their enthusiasm and hard work on performance. Their staff have utilised training to keep focused on driving achievements and respond quickly to any issues.
