Your Student Support Journey

Getting Started:

Enrolment is very simple. You can enrol online or speak to one of our team members who will guide you through the process over the phone. Once enrolled on the course of your choice, you will enter our student support network, where you can ask questions, socialise and enjoy your learning experience throughout.

With instant access to the relevant training materials, you will be able to start studying straight away. You will also benefit from the support of your tutor; a subject expert dedicated to teaching you everything you need to know on the topic you will be studying.

Atom – Your Learning Platform:

Our bespoke learning portal, Atom, will keep you engaged throughout your study journey. It allows you to access all your study materials anywhere, at all times, from anywhere, with an easy to navigate interface and instant support if you need it.

Atom’s features at a glance:

  • An online profile – this is completed by you to showcase yourself and your achievements.
  • Connections – you can connect with fellow students to discuss, ask questions and share thoughts on your course.
  • Instant Messaging – this allows you to speak with your tutors, fellow students and the Student Support Team.

Atom Related Queries:

Any questions related to Atom or your learner profile can be addressed to your assessor, by using the “Instant Messaging” function. This can include anything from login details to opening a unit on Atom. Whatever your needs, do not hesitate to get in touch. We are here to help.

Your Assessor:

All learndirect assessors are experts in their fields and will ensure you have all the support you need to master your chosen course. They are available to answer any questions over Instant Messaging, email, and telephone.

Learning is an individual experience and we encourage you to study at your own pace. Our experienced assessors are trained to offer you the best support tailored to your needs. You can find your assessor’s contact details in the “Messaging” section of the portal.

Your Course:

We want you to succeed and achieve a fully completed qualification. As such, all learndirect courses are broken down into easy to digest units, which makes studying exciting and manageable.

We are here to help. If you struggle at any point during your course, get in touch. Your assessor is best suited to guide you through and give you the advice you need.

Technical Queries:

Should you encounter any technical issues or wish to change your course, you can contact our Support Team by calling our main line 01202 006 464 and selecting Option 2 from the menu. A friendly advisor will talk you through the options available to you.

Your Funding:

If you wish to enrol on a learndirect course, you have several funding options available. We can provide you with the facts and figures you need to make an informed decision about the most suitable funding option.

Private Funding Queries:

If you are a privately funded student, you can ask your Course Booking Executive all questions that you have regarding your funding. You will also be able to speak with our private finance team regarding the ongoing management and monthly payments of any instalment plan you may wish to use.

If You Are Not 100% Satisfied:
