Traineeships and Apprenticeships
Traineeships are a cost effective way to trial a potential apprentice or nursery worker and provide 16-24 years olds with quality work experience.
Our childcare Apprenticeships lead to accredited qualifications including NVQs and are tailored around the skills requirements of the individual. We offer:
- Children and Young People’s Workforce Intermediate (level 2) Apprenticeship
- Children’s Learning and Development (Early Years Educator) Advanced (level 3) Apprenticeship.
Our highly qualified assessors have extensive experience in the childcare sector and will work with you to deliver tailored on-the-job training in your setting.
We will guide and support learners throughout the duration of the Apprenticeship (which lasts on average 12 months), equipping them with the essential skills to provide outstanding care.
