Help with a course purchased online or via Groupon

If you have purchased a course from learndirect and need to get in touch with us, you can do so by emailing our eCourses sales team at or by completing the form below.

The ecourses sales team will provide customers with:

  • Pre-purchase information and support
  • Assistance with the purchase and enrolment process
  • Post-sales technical support and help with any account management, access issues or refunds

Please note that tutor support (e.g. help with understanding the course content) is not provided – all the learning support is built into the course.
