What packages are on offer?

Hospitality training and development package
This package features a combination of online and group based learning, making it flexible for your business and your employees.

Core modules include:
  1. Building relationships
  2. Fire safety
  3. Organising yourself
  4. Effective teamwork
  5. Effective communication
Hospitality supervision package
Your employees will be able to fit their learning around work and home life, with online courses designed to make studying simple. A personal tutor will be available by phone, email and online messaging tools.

Core modules:
  1. Develop working relationships with colleagues (Level 2)
  2. Set objectives and provide support for team members (Level 3)
  3. Lead a team to improve customer service (Level 3)
To complete modules 1 and 3 staff will need to have been in their current role for at least a year and have supervised a minimum of two members of staff.


We can also support your employees to complete additional units to help them to gain a full Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality Supervision and Leadership (RQF).
