How do I get my certificate if my centre has closed?

If you have successfully completed your learning and not received your course certificate before your learndirect centre closed, you should call 0800 101 901 for advice.

Please note: Most awarding bodies charge a fee for sending out replacement certificates even if the certificate was sent to your centre and was not passed on to or picked up by you.

When making any payment to an awarding body you should request a receipt for the payment. We will reimburse any fees paid by learners to awarding bodies if we are satisfied that you did not receive the certificate previously, or you did not have reasonable opportunity to retrieve it from your centre before it closed.

No fees will be reimbursed without proof of payment to the awarding body. If you need any further help then please call our helpline on 0800 101 901.
