Our partnership with Greggs was launched in 2014 and is made up of two programmes. One suited to people looking to start a career their career (entry-level) and another for people who have an established career in retail and are looking to take on more responsibility (management level).
2014’s pilot saw 20 people join the programme in the South East and this was expanded in 2015 to include another 87 Retail Apprentices from around the country.
The programme is considered such a success that another 120 apprentices are being recruited during Summer 2016!
Cleo Lewis was one of the original pilot group and she had this to say about the programme;
