I recently spoke with Salifu Manneh i think one of the student support team member while enrolling onto a new course and I wanted to share how excellent the experience was. From the start, they were incredibly cheerful, patient and very accommodating they listened carefully to my questions and guided me through every step clearly. Although the process took a little time, it didn’t feel lengthy at all because of their friendly manner and high standard of service. They made the whole enrolment feel smooth and stress-free. Fantastic easy sign up with lovely Courtney

I had the loveliest chat with Courtney Watt to sign up for my course this morning. When I first registered my interest it was on a bit of a whim, spur of the moment, and thought I'll just get an email back and review it ...one day. The phone call was a surprise and made all the difference. I felt a bit silly retraining at my stage of life for something so completely different to my career but Courtney was incredibly supportive and encouraging.
