Laura was absolutely brilliant and so helpful throughout everything. She took the time to explain everything clearly and spoke slowly and clearly, which made it really easy for me to understand and follow along. She gave me lots of useful tips and advice, made sure I understood all the different options available to me, and never made anything feel rushed. She also went above and beyond by helping me get free trials and discounts, which I really appreciated.
