Available at level 2 and 3, our apprenticeships have been designed to develop the skills and knowledge needed to deliver a high quality service to customers for organisations in any sector.

Our programmes are perfect for anyone working in a customer facing role, whether this is delivered from the workplace, digitally, or visiting the customer in person.

This Apprenticeship has been developed to boost a wide range of business skills, from improved soft skills such as communication and team working, to knowledge of the sector and technical skills that can help boost productivity and help your business run more efficiently.

We offer a flexible programme, with a mix of mandatory and optional units, allowing you to tailor to the needs of your organisation.

Customer service apprenticeships

Early years

Available at level 2 and 3, our apprenticeships have been designed for those people working within the childcare / early years sector in a supporting role.

The level 2 programme is perfect for nursery assistants and creche workers, while the level 3 programme is perfect for nursery nurses and practitioners, room leaders or early years teachers.

Our programmes will develop the skills and knowledge needed for your apprentice to play a key role in caring for children, aiding their development and keeping them safe.
