About Your Course

If you are looking to embark on a career that is related to Chemistry or other science-related fields, then you will need to gain a series of qualifications. For international students hoping to gain an A Level in Chemistry, then we have a solution.

iA Levels were designed for overseas students, but are also available to students in the UK. The benefit of iA Levels over the traditional A levels is the approach to exams. There are three opportunities for exams, and these qualifications have a flexible approach to examining, meaning that you can take each unit exam when you feel ready.  It is also possible to re-sit a single unit, rather than the full exam.

By obtaining this qualification, you will be able to embark on further study or enter the world of work in your chosen subject. The iA Level Chemistry is delivered online, giving you the freedom to study at your own pace.

You can use this qualification to enrol on degree-level study in many related subjects. By doing this, you could pursue a career in an array of sectors, such as science, medicine, or healthcare. There are many different careers that require qualifications in science-based subjects.

When you enrol on the iA Level Chemistry course, you will delve into various topics, from structure and bonding to equilibria. You will also explore molar calculations, energetics, group chemistry, transition metals, molar calculations, and organic chemistry.

As well as learning each of these topics individually, you will also learn how they relate to one another, and the associated experimental skills that go with them. Once you have completed the course, you will be in a strong position to embark on further study in Chemistry or a related subject.

Getting Started

As soon as you enrol on the course, you will be given instant access to all the course materials you need to navigate your way through the modules. Everything you need will be located on our industry-leading learning platform, which you will have 24/7 access to.

By studying online with learndirect, you can enjoy a flexible learning experience. Our platform is ideal for individuals who work full-time or have existing commitments, because they can study around their daily schedule.

If you are an international student looking to enhance their academic portfolio or pursue a career related to the field of Chemistry, then this iA Level course is ideally suited to you.
