What courses are on offer?
Customer Service Diploma – Level 2This qualification is delivered entirely in the workplace, meaning your staff are assessed on the essential skills and knowledge they need to do their job well. On average it will take six months to complete.
Customer Service programmeOur programme is delivered in the workplace and features selected units taken from the Customer Service Diploma qualification. It acts as a great introduction for your staff to gain the skills they require to succeed in their job, and takes around three months to complete. Your staff then have the option to progress onto our full diploma.
Customer Service packageOur Customer Service package features a combination of online and classroom based learning, and is a great way to develop the skills of staff who are perhaps new to your business. This package is comprised of 12 hours online learning and 30 hours tutor-led learning.
Short coursesWe offer a number of short online courses which provide specific training suitable for a variety of customer service roles.
