Both these qualifications are nationally recognised and will show employers that you have the IT skills they’re looking for. Search for your local learndirect centre to find out how you could work towards an ITQ or ECDL.
The ITQ and ECDL qualifications cover everything from word processing and spreadsheets to email and the internet. You could even learn about IT security and computer maintenance to help you take care and get the most out of your home computer.
