Can I get a refund for my course?
Under our terms and conditions, we can process a refund if it is requested within 7 days of purchase, providing that the course has not been accessed. To request a refund please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
If you purchased your eCourse through a third party website (ie Groupon, Amazon Local etc), please contact the provider directly to request your refund.
We are unable to extend the course access period, so please ensure you have plenty of time to complete your course before purchasing. If you require more time you will need to re-purchase the course. Depending on the course, the access period is usually either 1 month (30 days), 3 months (90 days) 6 months (180 days) or 1 year (365 days).
