This award celebrates learners who have overcome disabilities or difficult circumstances to succeed with learndirect and who have gone on to improve their life as a result.
Star apprentice award (age categories 16-18, 19-23 and 24+)
This award celebrates learndirect apprentices who have taken an Apprenticeship as an alternative route into work.
Business impact award
This award celebrates businesses which have worked with learndirect to improve the skills of their staff.
Career progression award
This award celebrates learners who have improved their career prospects through learning with learndirect, leading to further learning, a new job or promotion.
Learner support award
This award celebrates tutors, assessors and centre staff who have gone the extra mile to provide a quality service to their customers.
Centre of the year award
This award celebrates centres delivering learndirect programmes which have gone above and beyond to provide a quality experience to their learners
Entrepreneur of the year award
This award celebrates learners who’ve used learndirect programmes as a stepping stone to start their own business.
Inspiring colleague award
This award celebrates inspiring colleagues throughout the business who’ve gone the extra mile to deliver our values and provide an excellent service to our customers.
